EDITORIAL | Changes are afoot (for the better!)

BANDAR SERI BEGAWAN, December 31, 2019 - As we usher into 2020, the editorial team at Geeks Republika would like say our appreciation for your patience as we transition from just a just private IG account to become something more for the gaming community as a whole.

Although our sudden name change from Gamers Hideout BN to Geeks Republika did take some of you by surprise, it has always been in the works for so many years with our mini-reviews, some updates on games (and heaps of stolen memes). So naturally, we felt that we can do more than what we are doing then and decided to just run with it. 

We love video games and we would like to see it grow as a community by informing gamers the latest video game news to the best of our (limited) abilities.

With 2020, we can all look forward to some more gaming greats making headlines next year like the Final Fantasy VII Remake, Last of Us Part II and Resident Evil 3 Remake as well as seeing the new PS5 and the Series X in action. It is an exciting time to be a gamer!

For now, as we pour ourselves into this publication, we will slowly set a path to further improve ourselves for you dear gamers.
