NEWS | PS Vita title Ys: Memories of Celceta gets remastered, console release in 2020
BANDAR SERI BEGAWAN, December 13, 2019 - Ys: Memories of Celceta is receiving Remaster which sees overall improvement in the graphics and gameplay.
Originally released for PlayStation Vita, this PlayStation 4 remaster will support 60 FPS with full HD graphics and optimized controls to reproduce the touch screen functions of the “PS Vita” version.
In this action RPG, the player takes the role of an amnesiac Adol Christin who awakens in the town of Casnan. He later teams up with a mysterious information dealer named Duren who claims to know him joins Adol on various adventures.
Developers Nihon Falcom further confirmed that the PlayStation 4 version will support dual audio, allowing the game to be played with English voices or the original Japanese, and that this feature will be released as a free patch to the existing PC release in the near future.
The physical edition of Ys: Memories of Celceta for the PlayStation 4 will be made available from selective retailers within Europe and Australia, while the digital edition will be available to purchase from the PlayStation Store at launch.
Pre-order and pricing availability for both physical and digital editions will be confirmed closer to release.
