NEWS | Tindalos and Focus Launch Aliens: Dark Descent Pre-Orders with a Gripping Trailer

FOCUS Entertainment and Tindalos Interactive, in collaboration with 20th Century Games, have announced the launch of digital and retail pre-orders for Aliens: Dark Descent, with a new trailer that promises to be a spine-chilling gaming experience. 

The game, set in the iconic Alien franchise, is a strategic, real-time, squad-based tactical action game that features an original Alien story. In Aliens: Dark Descent, players will be tasked with outsmarting the Xenomorph threat and discovering Lethe's secrets. The cinematic campaign is full of sinister secrets, iconic Xenomorphs, and brand-new threats that unfold as the story progresses. 

Players can recruit, level up, and command a squad of Colonial Marines in real-time, as one unit, with intuitive controls on both keyboard/mouse and controller. The Marine best equipped for the situation will respond to each command issued over comms, according to their abilities and equipment.

The gameplay takes place in expansive, persistent, and reactive levels, requiring players to use their wits to navigate. However, players should carefully monitor each Marine's vitals, as death is permanent.

Aliens: Dark Descent is releasing worldwide on June 20 with pre-orders available for PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, and PC. Those who pre-order the game will receive the Lethe Recon Pack as a reward. — Geeks Republika
