NEWS | Ready, Set, Shuriken: Ninja JaJaMaru Launches on PlayStation 4 and Nintendo Switch

NINJA JaJaMaru, the popular retro game series in Japan, has now been released on PlayStation 4 and Nintendo Switch. 

Developer City Connection and ININ Games have announced the western launch of Ninja JaJaMaru: The Great Yokai Battle +Hell, including five of the most essential games from the series, such as Ninja JaJaMaru-kun, Ninja JaJaMaru's Big Adventure, and Super Ninja-kid. The newly localized game will provide gamers with a chance to experience some never-seen-before games in the West.

Fans of the series can also avail of a bundle package that includes the two editions, The Great Yokai Battle +Hell Deluxe Edition, which features five classic games and the most recent title, and The Lost RPGs, which includes a retro action-adventure JRPG. However, due to delays, the digital edition of the PS4 game will only be available starting February 23. While in Europe, Strictly Limited Games will put up pre-orders for limited physical editions of JaJaMaru: Legendary Ninja Collection for those who want their games in physical copy.

The games revolve around the story of the brave Ninja JaJaMaru, who saves his princess from the clutches of Yokai, as players fight their way through several stages of increasing difficulty. It's a chance for players to take a trip down memory lane while experiencing a beloved classic with updated graphics, sound, and other modern features. — Geeks Republika
