NEWS | Bonsai Collective Debuts New Trailer for ‘Luna Abyss’ at The MIX Spring Showcase
BONSAI Collective has revealed a new trailer for their upcoming game, Luna Abyss. The video, titled 'At the Heart of Luna Abyss', was exclusively revealed at The MIX Spring Showcase, and it showcases the diverse environments of the game for the first time.
Luna Abyss is a first-person shooter game set in a mysterious mimic moon full of secrets and challenges. The game is set to include features such as buried mysteries, forsaken chasms, and bullet-hell combat, all of which promise to offer players an engaging and challenging gaming experience. The game is set to release later this year for the PlayStation, Xbox and PC.
The trailer takes viewers on a tour of the lunar environment, giving them a taste of the challenges they will face as they journey through the alien terrain, twisted cosmic horrors, and disturbing revelations that lie in the depths of the moon. Players will need to use their traversal abilities and weapons to overcome the challenges they will face in the game's bullet-hell combat.
The remains of a long-lost colony are scattered across the caverns of Luna Abyss, and the valley serves as a prison chamber for those sent into the depths of the Abyss to work off their sentences. Players will be guided by an artificial prison guard named Aylin as they attempt to uncover the mysteries of the mimic moon and the abyss within its depths.
Benni Hill, Creative Director at Bonsai Collective, stated that the team is excited to reveal a little more of what they have in store for the game with each trailer they put out. Hill also expressed the team's excitement in seeing the reaction of gamers across the internet.
Luna Abyss is a narrative-driven bullet-hell FPS game that is crafted by a small and inclusive team of 16 developers passionate about world-building, story-telling, and classic video games. The game will feature at the GDC Expo in San Francisco’s Moscone Center from Wednesday, March 22 to Friday, March 24, 2023. — Geeks Republika
