NEWS | New Arcade Game House of the Gundead Brings Enter the Gungeon to Life
DEVOLVER Digital, the publisher of Enter the Gungeon, has collaborated with Griffin Aerotech to create a new arcade game called House of the Gundead. The game is a dungeon crawler that features rapid-fire action, beautiful pixel art, unpredictable levels, and adorably deadly characters.
The fully featured arcade cabinet features a crisp 43-inch UHD display and a pair of lightguns for solo or two-player gunplay. It also has vibrant top-to-bottom artwork printed at the highest quality, making it an incredibly attractive addition to any arcade.
House of the Gundead's Sinden Lightguns feature bone-shaking weapon-based haptic feedback, and the cabinet boasts a powerful 2.1 sound system with a dedicated subwoofer. The combination of these features makes for an immersive experience that lets players feel every shot when they squeeze the trigger.
The game is a classic lightgun shooter that takes players on an ever-evolving series of procedurally generated floors protected by the dangerously endearing Cult of the Gundead. Players can discover uniquely fantastic weapons, wild power-ups, and hidden secrets as they gun down the evil hordes.
House of the Gundead is available now at $5,499 not inclusive of shipping and can be set to run in both free-to-play and pay-to-play modes. It is perfect for public arcades, bars, or home collectors. — Geeks Republika
